Like a list of experts, sorted by fields/countries/experience. The gov or company or institution can find the expert they lack by expertise field. Maybe there is in your country, the system will show. Simply designed to make fast and effective communication.
Companies or institutions struggling with any project or job, post a request in appropriate field. Experts get notification. The choice is simplified by filters, maybe there're experts in your country, maybe you want very experienced opinion, easier to make a choice.
This could contribute to direct B2B communication, direct communication of scientists and business and vice-versa. Any other abilities. Could be made for EU because of fast travelling.
Like an automated EU HR manager.
