Hello, my name is Tyler and I'm happy to stand here today and present my idea to you.

Have you ever thought about massive work that is done in schools, how hard it is to organise everyone in the school, hundreds of people need to have a plan of their movement around the school or university. The schedule is massive, and it can take a lot of time and work to create. Our project is aimed on dealing with that problem by saving up time and making it more adjustable and ready for fast changes.

We present School Schedule generator

It isn't the first time somebody puts an eye on this problem, but WE ARE DIFFERENT, we decided to not just randomize the outcome of the data we receive from the user, how most of our competitors do, we decided to make an AI that would generate the schedule based on the preferences of students and we are looking into adding the preferences of teachers as well. By our calculations the amount of time our product on this stage of development already saves up more than 4 hours of time.

We started from absolute scratch, nothing was ready before the hackathon and first few hours we spent on just brainstorming our idea, trying to find soe alternatives finally stopping on the school schedule generator. We learned a lot about ai and everything, dived deeper into programming itself, adventure was amazing starting from the very AI all the way to making a presentation to stand here. The process took a lot of time so I may show you our result

Here is our greenish site and the title that u see first, the process here is very simple, first you download our csv file that we prepared for you

Enter the needed data like teachers, number of classes and the number of lessons each class needs to have with the teacher in a week, we have some other suggestions on how to enter everyone on the site to help improve the schedule

Finally, just upload the file and hit the button generate, DONE! Here is the result of our work, beautiful schedule that took no more than 15 minutes to make if you enter the data yourself.

Here is our team, we are officially the youngest team here, everyone is 16 years old and one of us was working completely remotely, we were pleasured to work all together, combined our knowledge of some programming skills, designing skills and teambuilding skills. It was our first experience of this type of event, and we never really worked together but really did a great job

To sum up everything, in 48 hours we achieved:

An Ai model that can generate a lot of information and we put it to the work

We made a working website that we are looking to publish to the public

And we had an amazing time learning new things

About the new things, they include:

Working with ai model based on the stockfish principle

Diving deeper into front end and trying new apps that some of our teammates use and others didn’t before

Also having a brief look at the backend and how actually everything works behind what we see
