Inspiration

The inspiration for the School Planner stemmed from our own experiences as students struggling to keep track of multiple assignments, deadlines, and extracurricular activities. We wanted to create a tool that would simplify time management and help students stay organized and stress-free throughout the school year.

What it does

The School Planner allows students to manage their academic and extracurricular schedules in a single platform. It features a calendar for tracking classes, assignments, and events, as well as a task manager for prioritizing tasks and setting reminders to stay on top of deadlines.

How we built it

We built the School Planner using a combination of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the user interface.

Challenges we ran into

One of the main challenges was designing a flexible yet intuitive interface that could cater to different user needs and accommodate various school schedules and formats. Another challenge was ensuring the application was responsive and worked seamlessly across different devices and browsers.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of successfully creating a functional and user-friendly planner that addresses a real need among students. Additionally, our team was able to collaborate effectively and bring together diverse skills to overcome technical challenges and deliver a polished product.

What we learned

Through this project, we learned the importance of effective communication and teamwork in managing a project with multiple moving parts. We also gained valuable experience in integrating different technologies and handling user feedback to improve our application.

What's next for School Planner

Looking ahead, we aim to integrate AI capabilities into the School Planner to automate the schedule-building process, tailoring schedules to individual preferences and optimizing them for academic success. This would provide an even more personalized and efficient planning experience for students. We plan to
