Inspiration=Inspired by the need to simplify access to Indian government schemes and reduce the gap between citizens and welfare benefits.

What it does=SchemeSetu uses an AI chat interface to help Indian citizens discover government schemes they are eligible for.

How we built it=Built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Google AI Studio (Gemini) for chat-based eligibility matching.

Challenges we ran into=Converting complex eligibility rules into accurate, user-friendly AI logic was the main challenge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of=Successfully delivered a privacy-first, mobile-friendly AI chatbot for personalized scheme discovery.

What we learned=Learned to design AI-driven conversational systems focused on clarity, accessibility, and social impact.

What's next for SchemeSetu=Plan to add multilingual support, government API integration, and voice-based accessibility features
