Scam Scout

Scam Scout checks a website, phone number or payee against public sources and gives a risk level with the evidence behind it, before money moves. NVIDIA Nemotron, served through Nebius Token Factory, reads the gathered evidence and proposes signals; fixed, deterministic rules then check each signal against its source and decide the verdict. The model suggests; fixed rules decide, so the same evidence always gives the same verdict and every point traces back to a source. When there isn't enough evidence it says so instead of guessing. Illustrative examples use fictional names. Built by an independent builder.
