What it does. It organizes the time office workers starts and end their working days in alphabetical order. For instance, month 1: people with last names that start with the letters A to C, start at 8:00 am, D to G start at 8:30 and so on. month 2: people with last names that start with the letters A to C, start at 9:00 am, D to G start at 8:00 and so on. This will avoid traffic bottle necks at peak hours.

This is an idea that is badly needed and will make a difference in traffic at peak hours, we have a group of friend that could develop this idea which needs full support from local government and business leaders of the Mexico City area.
