SBIR Solicitations Chat Rooms

The SBIR Solicitation Chat rooms lets interested parties browse the SBIR solicitations by agencies. For each solicitation, it creates a chat room where people can chat about that particular solicitation. The chat room is permanent and messages are archived which makse it a great place for someone interested in a solicitation to leave a message for future visitors to see.
