Inspiration

Making saving more fun by keeping accountability partners (this includes AI!)

What it does

The program gives a virtual race where you can get ahead by saving more. The end goal is the collective 'saving goal'. You can get on the podium if you get there first, or even face punishment if you don't save in time.

How we built it

First came up with the frontend and backend separation, planning the business logic and what frameworks to use.

Challenges we ran into

To actually think about how to make this easy to integrate into the bunq application

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Honestly, getting a working product is already something I'm very proud of! (This is my first hackathon :3)

What we learned

Claude is quite scary, I know nothing, I would like to have some more real experience with building programs from scratch.

What's next for saving grace

Find ways to run it with multiple sandbox users on separate devices!
