Inspiration
Evelyn is an economics major, so she's fascinated with everything finance. Working with Ana (who knows nothing about money management), she realized how difficult it is for non-finance oriented people to budget approximately and to invest. That is when Finfo was born!
What it does
You can do two things: see your expenses and make predictions on investments you want to make.
How we built it
We used React.
Challenges we ran into
Had trouble with deploying via heroku.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud that we were able to get better at react, specifically frontend development.
What we learned
We learned mainly how to use React and React Router to make single-page applications
What's next for Finfo Website
We want to save users into a database, so we will need to integrate React with some backend framework.
