Inspiration

We were inspired by the need for faster, more organized emergency response systems, especially in underserved and rural communities where access to help is often delayed.

What it does

SaveMe lets users quickly report incidents using phone number, location, selected agency, and a photo. It analyzes reports, assigns severity, and routes them to the right agency (Defence, Health, Disaster Management, or Others) while a Super Admin monitors all activity.

How we built it

We designed SaveMe as a simple, mobile-friendly platform focused on ease of reporting, automated classification of incidents, and structured routing to relevant agencies for faster response and coordination.

Challenges we ran into

Ensuring accurate incident categorization and designing a smooth workflow for multiple agencies without confusion were key challenges.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We built a system that improves coordination between agencies while keeping the user experience simple and accessible for everyone.

What we learned

We learned the importance of clear data flow, automation in emergency systems, and designing for real-world users in low-resource environments.

What's next for SaveMe

We plan to improve AI-based incident detection, add real-time tracking of responses, and expand integration with more emergency and community support services.
