Creating a workflow to give us direction as to what the application is able to do with a cellphone using android-studio then coding it to function as an alert system similar to an alarm

Launching the application and prepping it for download in the app stores with integration to a server that firefighters can access using a tablet on an LTE network to receive data and provide a way for the fireteam to have information on their way to the location.
