Inspiration

We got the inspiration for developing the project with the help of our fellow artists. Our friends are artists they draw beautiful paintings and they wanted to showcase and sell these paintings. So we came up with an idea to build this platform.

What it does

Artist Gallery is a web-based platform where the artist can showcase their paintings and earn money from it. A new artist can send a request for adding a new painting and the team can verify it and upload it to the platform.

How we built it

1. Front-end: HTML5 CSS Bootstrap

2. Back-end: PHP

3. Database: MongoDB

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge we ran into was connecting PHP and MongoDB.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Accomplishments we are proud of is we were able to help our fellow artist by creating a platform where they can earn money through it and showcase their paintings to the audience.

What we learned

We have learned many things is about team collaboration. We also learned about the MongoDb basics and connecting it with PHP.

What's next for Artist Gallery

We will be using the RazerPay API for the payment in the future.
