Companies often lose thousands of dollars to long, unproductive meetings without realizing the cost of time. We wanted to build a tool that makes the real-time cost of meetings visible — so teams can make smarter decisions.
What it does
"Meeting Cost Calculator" calculates the live cost of a meeting based on attendee hourly rates. It flags expensive meetings, suggests async alternatives (like email or Loom), and offers insights to reduce unnecessary time spent.
