Inspiration

What could be your ask from Gemini if it can join your interview committee? Isn't that cool?

What it does

SarvooAi can help you interview smart by doing the following main tasks:

  • Scout by joining your interview room (silently)
  • Analyze ongoing conversation and everything related to interviewee behavior.
  • Report findings with numerical scorings.
  • Vote with an opinion, whether it is a 'hire' or 'no hire'. ## How we built it
  • We worked on a Django web demo app and we use Gemini API under the hood.
  • We also worked on a "Google Meet" Add-on to make it natively accessible in "Google Meet" interviews.

Challenges we ran into

Gemini API does not 'yet' support the live video analysis feature, so we are limited by the speech only. We currently lack additional info like body language and facial expressions of the interviewee. It's a nice to have though, and Sarvoo AI is still willing to remain alive!

What we learned

First time for us to use the great Gemini API, and it was amazing to create that new value of it.

What's next for SarvooAi

  • Adding other aspects of the interviewee like aforementioned (e.g. body language).
  • Potential integration with other video conferencing platforms.
