What it does

Kaggle, Microsoft, Allen Institute and more made public all scientific papers related with the new SARS-CoV-2 for research. https://www.kaggle.com/allen-institute-for-ai/CORD-19-research-challenge

This app extracted keywords from the papers and organizes them in categories so they can be studied in details. It also has Genome Tool - where full genomes from GenBank can be compared and translated

How I built it

I had to learn a lot very fast - read a lot of data, analyse it and write a lot of code.

What's next for SARS-CoV-2 research tool

It is there to be used by researchers.
