Inspiration
In India’s vibrant handmade fashion industry, countless small-scale sellers and weavers struggle to express their brand identity online. While their products are beautiful, their content often lacks emotional depth or consistency in tone. We wanted to help these creators tell better stories — in their own voices.
What it does
Saree Revival Studio is an Adobe Express Add-on that lets fashion brands rewrite their content in different brand voices — like luxury, playful, empathetic, or elegant. With one click, users can transform flat product descriptions into vibrant, emotion-filled copy tailored to their aesthetic.
How we built it
We used the Adobe Express Add-ons SDK and Document APIs to interact with selected text blocks. The brand voice logic is handled by a backend service that uses OpenAI APIs to rewrite the copy. The updated content is automatically inserted back into the template, right in Express.
Challenges we ran into
Integrating the AI text transformations seamlessly into Express without disrupting the user workflow was a challenge. We also had to carefully tune the voice styles to match real-world branding needs.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We learned how powerful Adobe Express can be when combined with Generative AI. More importantly, we saw how even small tools can make a big difference for underrepresented creators.
