Inspiration
My AP Computer Science teacher gave out great practice quizzes through paper. These quizzes were mainly multiple choice. I thought, what if I made these digital? Then you could practice on the same quiz many times through.
What it does
Provides useful Computer Science related links and quizzes for learning.
How I built it
As a part of a Saratoga High Coding Club, SHS APP DEV, I built a learning center module in the website, out of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and PHP. SHSAPPDEV traffic went from 300 clicks in one month to 5000 clicks with the addition of the learning center module.
Challenges I ran into
The hard part was figuring out good questions for the quizzes. Consulted with my Computer Science teacher about what questions would test students' Computer Science knowledge in the best way.
