Santa's Cookie

Inspiration

I wanted to have hands on experience with blockchain. So thinking about christmas and coronavirus, I came up with idea to have a Santa's portal.

What it does

Send cryptocurrency(named cookie) to the the recipient.

How I built it

I followed some blogs and videos describing blockchain and how it's functionality can be achieved from python.

Challenges I ran into

It was fun building and learning but brainstorming as well. I started as a noob in blockchain.:)

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I started from What's and Why of blockchain and learned sufficient to build my own cryptocurrency based on POW.

What's next for Santa's Cookie

Add functionality to browse people and send them notification about gifts.
