Inspiration

As this project is helping in saving lifes so we get inspiration from all those people who are working, fighting to saves others life. Inspiration of the design came from the seeing a tunnel which sprinkles NaOCl solution.

What it does

It is a machine/device/chamber made for killing all shots of harmful microorganisms. It contains of various components given in the built section.

How I built it

It is made by various components/devices and list of them are as follows:

1. Thermal detector:

It is used at the entry of the chamber to detect the body temperature of the person entered in the chamber. If the body temperature is more than 101°F then an alarm is buzzed with help of microcontroller.

2. Mist sprinkler:

It sprays the alcohol based liquid over the body of the person entered. It's spraying vapour volume can vary from region to region.

3. Sedimentation tank:

It is used for the collection of negligible waste generated. It's is used as a precaution method.

4. Air blower:

The temperature of the air is varied according to the regional condition and main purpose is to dry the body surface.

5. UV-C light:

As this is the generation of technology all knows for what it's used. IT IS USED TO KILL PATHOGENS/HARMFUL MICROBES.

All the components are arranged in the order mentioned some on top, some on side and some on bottom according to their properties.

Challenges I ran into

Searching an appropriate device is troubling more over reducing size and time a person spends in the chamber was the most difficult challenge of us

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We are proud of Saving life's and being parts of various problem solving competitions.

What I learned

The joy which we get by seeing a smile in the face of person leaving the chamber after sanitization can never be felt. We have to face every challenges coming to us, We can't say NO to them.

What's next for Sanitization chamber

This was the manually operating machine but now we Aim of Fully Automatically working Sanitization Machine/Chamber.
