INSPIRATION

Blockchain has the potential to revolutionize supply chain and helping to allocate resources more effectively. Looking at dynamic NFTs as a way to fundamentally bring a new toolset for organizations looking to manage projects and budgets can change how we look at utility.

What it does

With Goworks Protocol, you can manage an entire project on the blockchain and incentivize suppliers, contractors, and employees to stay on budget, deliver timely and high quality work. You input the details of the scope of your project to a master contract that changes dynamically depending on the parameters and key deliverables. Contractors and other organizations can view and compare their progress to their own peers while also having a way to instantly verify whether they're "on track". You can incorporate AI to parse through the project details and provide key insights on where bottlenecks are happening, provide actionable insights, or summarize the data set.

In the end when a project is completed, contractors that contributed to a timely and cost-effective work will receive a special achievement NFT which will provide token gated rewards for their hard work and going above and beyond. Organizations can create customizable token gated rewards such as discounts for future work, collaboration details, event partnerships, and more. By receiving these Gowork platinum level NFTs, suppliers and contractors are able to provide a verifiable reputation metric which can be used for leaderboards and other brand collaborations.

How we built it

Goworks Protocol is a project management system that incorporates dynamic NFTs as key data visualization. Structuring the dynamic elements of an NFT to represent progress towards a goal and then providing a token gated reward system that is customizable that would incentivize contractors to deliver high quality work.

Challenges we ran into

Building a product out of the concept of using dynamic NFTs required some brainstorming. We ourselves would like to have spent more time to finalize the concept. However, all the feedback was constructive. Identifying the dynamic nft solutions and how to implement it took some time to figure out.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Proud to learn more about how the different infrastructure elements are connected in order to link it to our experiences.

What we learned

The most important thing was to narrow down on the problem we were trying to solve in order to flesh out the product that we're going to be building. It was important to narrow our concept down so that we could deliver a final solution.

What's next for Gowork Protocol

Definitely a concept we're looking to build out as we're interested in the supply chain usecases for blockchain.
