Inspiration In AI, I have mostly work in chatbots so far. I wanted to build a systme which can mange entirely. So I created Sam.
What it does: This is first stage development, where Sam calls the person whose number i given. It can be linked with CRM, email and many things.
How we built it: It was made using Azure services
Challenges we ran into: The Azure Open AI was not working properly. And the alternative, Azure Language AI needs any classification number. So it was not complete
Accomplishments that we're proud of The bot can have a disussion like a human.
What we learned: One key thing is I have to learn Node JS if I want to use Asynch functionions.
What's next for Sam The AI VoiceBot: I will add CRM and email marketing with it
