Salesforce allows 1,000 free predictions per calendar month and includes documentation and examples. This is a chance to build an AI photo recognition app.
Einstein Vision includes these APIs: Einstein Image Classification—Enables developers to train deep learning models to recognize and classify images at scale. Einstein Object Detection (Pilot)—Enables developers to train models to recognize and count multiple distinct objects within an image, providing granular details like the size and location of each object.
What it does
IDEA: Build a customer service app; When merchants call Vantiv and say “I have a problem with my terminal?” “what model do you have?” “Gen123” “please send a pix from your phone” ***via photo recognition software we realize it is a standalone POS terminal. With this knowledge we can - assist better when we know the model and automatically email the proper customer support queue with correct model - we can run stats, e.g. we had 42 calls on standalone terminals, 20 on Integrated Equipment terminals
