Inspiration

I have worked in several companies and every time I interacted with our Sales leaders, their number one pain point is Sellers not keeping Salesforce up to date.

I want to build a solution that updates Salesforce with every interaction Sellers have with their customers. With minimal to no manual intervention.

What it does

After every call with their customers, we process the transcript using Agentforce's AI capabilities and extract key information like Next Steps, Pain Points, etc...

Our aim is to extract all MEDDPIC and SPICED method related fields from transcript and auto update Salesforce.

How we built it

For every call, we log an entry into CallTranscript objects. This triggers a Salesforce Flow which internally uses Agentforce Agent that extracts all key information and take actions like updating records, etc.
