How we built it

Frontend: Built with React for dynamic dashboards and interactive charts. Backend: Node.js + Express handles API requests and data storage. Database: MongoDB stores leads, stages, and activity logs. Analytics: Chart.js / Recharts for visualizing funnel progress.

Challenges we ran into

Data consistency: Ensuring that stage transitions of leads were tracked accurately. Real-time updates: Handling multiple users updating the same funnel simultaneously
