Sales AI is designed to answer one question: "What specific actions can I take today in order to increase my odds of sales success?"
To do this, we take a company's past opportunities (won or lost) and use them to train a "recurrent neural network" (RNN) to be able to tell the difference between a healthy opportunity and an opportunity that's slipping away. Using this model, we can then offer suggestions on specific activities that will statistically increase your odds of closing the sale and identify opportunities in need of attention.
While predictive analytics is not new (and often doesn't work), the particular algorithm we use in this app comes from the absolute bleeding edge of deep learning research and represents a fundamentally different approach to modeling complex data that evolves over time (as opportunities do). The techniques we use to model opportunities can also be extended to other use cases, such as applying it to cases or even custom objects.
