Inspiration

Traditional customer service is limited by business hours and human capacity. We envisioned an AI sales agent that could provide instant, intelligent responses 24/7 while understanding complex customer needs through advanced intent analysis.

What it does

MogineBot is an enterprise-ready AI sales assistant that:

• Provides real-time streaming responses using Doubao and DashScope APIs
• Searches company knowledge base with vector similarity matching
• Analyzes customer intent and decomposes complex queries
• Tracks user interactions with comprehensive analytics dashboard
• Operates 24/7 with production-grade deployment

How we built it

• Backend: Python FastAPI with async architecture
• AI Integration: Multi-LLM approach (Doubao + DashScope) for robust responses
• Knowledge Base: ChromaDB for vector-based semantic search
• Frontend: Vanilla JavaScript with Server-Sent Events for streaming
• Analytics: SQLite logging with real-time dashboard
• Deployment: PM2 process management with Nginx SSL proxy
• Architecture: 4 microservices for scalability and maintainability

Challenges we ran into

• Streaming Implementation: Coordinating real-time responses across multiple LLM APIs
• Intent Analysis: Building reliable query decomposition without over-engineering
