Inspiration

Eventhough we live in a modern society, we come across certain social communities that are not recieving the importance and respect that they desvere. One among them is the LGBTQ community. Various stereotypes make it difficult for people to accept them as well as it sometimes becomes difficult for the people of this community to come out of the closet as they are worried "What the society will say?". This needs to be changed.

What it does

This website aims in helping the people of the LGBTQ community as well as the other people in the society to break away from the stereotypes that binds them. This website includes a divison where people can share their pride story of how they came out of the closet and hence inspire others to do the same and make wise decisions so that they do not have to be afraid to hide their identity. This website also aims at educating people regarding the same.

How we built it

We used HTML, css , javascript for the development of this website

Challenges we ran into

The development of the chat bot that guides the user in this website was one of the main challenges.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are really happy that we were able to complete this project within the short span of time. We are also proud that we could use various new techniques and develop a website for the betterment of our society and we believe that it will help a lot of people.

What we learned

We learnt various new concepts that is involved in the development of a website like developing a chat bot , advanced use of javascript, new features of css and many more.
