Inspiration
After natural disasters such as Hurricane Katrina, one of the largest problems have been navigating through hazardous areas, and locating safe areas. We wanted to tackle this problem by notifying victims and first responders of hazardous areas, as well as optimal routes to the nearest safe areas.
What it does
SafeZone displays to victims and first responders hazardous and safe areas. Users can add hazardous areas to warn other victims and first responders. Victims can also use SafeZone to route to the nearest safe zone while avoiding all hazardous areas.
How I built it
Flutter, Django, MySql, GCP, IBM Cloud, and Google's APIs
