SafeWork— Project Story Women in India's gig economy face risks most platforms ignore — unvetted clients, unsafe locations, no way to warn others, and no help when things go wrong. SheBuilds was built to change that. Every job listing is scored for safety. Every employer has a trust rating built from real community reports. Before a woman accepts a gig, she already knows what others experienced with that client. Once she's working, she's not alone. Safety check-ins run in the background. If something feels wrong, one tap sends an SOS. When the job is done and payment is confirmed, funds are released securely. The community layer ties it all together — women leaving tips, warnings, and honest reviews so the next person walks in informed, not blind. SheBuilds isn't just a job board. It's the layer of protection the gig economy never built for women — and should have from the start.
