This project was built using a combination of parametric engineering and advanced artificial intelligence tools to design a complete digital twin of a next-generation data center infrastructure. The core architectural framework was programmed entirely from scratch in OpenSCAD, which allowed for the precise geometric creation of the co-axial pipelines, modular server racks, and automated cooling manifolds. To ground the concept in real-world dimensions, the hardware slots were parameterized specifically to fit the physical measurements of two high-performance Patriot Viper Venom DDR5 RAM modules, demonstrating a true direct-to-chip cooling interface. On the software side, the infrastructure integrates a predictive AI agent concept based on NVIDIA Nemotron technology, which continuously monitors hydraulic line pressures and component temperatures to deploy the emergency backup systems automatically. Finally, generative AI and enterprise financial modeling tools were utilized to transform the raw source code into high-fidelity visual concepts and a complete commercial feasibility study.
