Safety in the time of Covid-19(for children)

Inspiration

When I saw this hackathon, I remembered how I was trying to explain the whole pandemic to my Niece. It was difficult as she's just 3years old, but she can now tell a whole babyish story about corona virus.

What it does

This project is to help Children between the ages 6 to 9years understand the pandemic better and not become scared

How I built it

I edited and used resources from an online illustration source, which I have gotten the right to. I also drew some sketches; wrote out the structures in paper before I transferred everything into my Microsoft word. When I was done, I converted the file to a PDF

Challenges I ran into

The major challenge was that I have NEVER written a book before(except for school project), so it was kind of difficult for me

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

My sister walked passed me as I was working on "Safety in the time of Covid-19", she was amazed. So I believe kids would love it and the engaging activities

What I learned

This project took me back to when I was 7years, and I recall learning while playing.

What's next for Safety in the time of Covid-19(for children)

I sincerely hope everyone who comes across this project would love it because it made them understand better. If safety in the time of covid-19 can keep children company, it would be great and I would love to do more
