For now the world stopped. Parks are empty, shops, clubs and restaurants and other services are closed; air travel is reduced to a minimum. That is the reality of the lockdown most countries put in place to protect their citizens, health systems and their social order. What comes next? The pressure is mounting to lift lockdowns and to open the economies again. How can we restart normal life again without risking to start a second wave of the pandemic. We think that antibody tests will play an important part in the near future. SafePass attempts to provide a system that allows governments, citizens and businesses to return to some normalcy without risking the lives of others.
What it does
SafePass provides a service that issues digital certificates to people who are already immune to corona based on certified antibody tests. SafePass allows Businesses to take responsibility by accepting only customers and guests who are already immune to the virus; thus businesses can provide a safe environment that protects the community and their customers.
Users register at SafePass by providing their ID and a certificate of an accepted laboratory to guarantee that the user has antibodies and is immune. Antibody tests are already on the market and will likely be actively encouraged in the near future by governments from all over the world.
SafePass strives for a close collaboration with doctors, health insurers, governments and private businesses to provide a solution that respects the privacy of citizens and makes SafePass as easy to use as possible.
The SafePass digital certificate will be securely saved on digital devices like phones and watches. SafePass users can check into events, establishments and other service providers by simply swiping their phone at the entrance.
