Inspiration

A quick and easy way to detect AI imagery and video online.

What it does

Scans Instagram and X pages for images and videos and gives a prediction based on whether the content is AI generated or not. Google Gemini and ChatGPT are used to scan each piece of media.

How we built it

Utilized Google Antigravity to generate an outline of our application and manually added features based on the outline to build our application.

Challenges we ran into

Because the APIs we used are limited to how often they can be used, it got in the way during testing.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We've managed to utilize Antigravity to create our application and help debug during testing.

What we learned

Utilizing AI tools to help in building computer applications and learning the process on how to make a browser extension.

What's next for Safeguard

Refine prompting the AI to create more accurate responses and include other models.
