SafeBike

What it does

SafeBike is an automatic bike lock using Arduino, RFID, and a motor to create an easy and secure lock for bikes or scooters. The motor controls the locking mechanism and each lock is paired with a distinct RFID key that only works for that lock. The lock also comes with an alert and security system to deter potential criminals. If the lock is powered and in a locked state, movement of the lock will trigger and loud buzzer through accelerometer readings. The buzzer will also sound if the wrong RFID key is attempted. The locked and unlocked states are paired with a red and green LED respectively.
