Inspiration

We like to travel and so do many other people. Unfortunately, there are not many resources that make people aware of certain health risks in different regions of the world.

What it does

How we built it

We used the JavaScript Google Maps API along with HTML/CSS to build the web application.

Challenges we ran into

Finding real and straight forward data to use for disease rates by country as well as by demographics. It was also difficult integrating the back-end with the front-end for sending data using Python Flask.
