The problem that this challenge intends to solve is to locate different health facilities depending upon the location of the individual and their concerned department. We also intend to ensure quality services in Government facilities by providing the users with an ability to rate the facility.
We've proposed an IVR, SMS, WEB and app based solution to the problem to better target all the users interested in using our system.
In our prototype, we have implemented the SMS, web and the android app based system. However, we plan to implement the IVR part in future.
