Inspiration":

Every day, thousands of unrecognized laborers in India wait at labour chowks under harsh conditions, struggling to find daily wage work. Their lack of digital access, education, and job continuity inspired me to create SabSewa—a platform to give them verified identities, stable incomes, and dignity through technology.

What it does :

SabSewa is like Uber for skilled laborers. It connects police-verified workers with clients across India, enables seamless migration without re-registration, guarantees near-daily work, and saves clients up to 50% in service costs by removing middlemen.

How we built it:

As a 65+ individual with no coding background, I built SabSewa entirely using AI-powered no-code and low-code tools, including:

Bolt.new for the base app structure

Supabase for backend and database

RevenueCat for subscription & monetization

Google Cloud for hosting services

ChatGPT and other AI tools for logic, content, and code generation

Without any developer support, I turned an idea into a working production app using only modern AI infrastructure.

Challenges we ran into :

Understanding the technical architecture without prior coding experience

Integrating third-party services like RevenueCat and Supabase

Structuring a scalable police verification and migration workflow

Ensuring UX remains simple for both laborers and clients

Accomplishments that we're proud of :

Built a functional, scalable app entirely solo at 65+ years of age

Used zero code and no developer help

Empowered India’s invisible workforce with a system that offers dignity, mobility, and job security

Proved that AI can democratize app development for anyone with a strong idea

What we learned :

AI tools today are powerful enough to help even non-technical founders build complex applications

A great idea, backed by purpose and persistence, can overcome any tech barrier

Platforms like Bolt.new, Supabase, and ChatGPT are revolutionizing the creator economy

What's next for SabSewa-Labour Aggregation Mobile App :

Launching the app across pilot cities in India

Partnering with local government and NGOs for mass labor registration

Enhancing the job-matching algorithm using AI/ML

Building a web portal for clients to post jobs directly

Seeking support to expand SabSewa nationwide and eventually globally
