Inspiration

Modern content creators, podcasters, and marketing teams spend excessive time juggling multiple disconnected tools for transcription, video editing, SEO optimization, scheduling, and analytics. We were inspired to build Sabd Studio (CreatorFlow) as a unified AI Content Operating System that eliminates tool fragmentation and streamlines the entire production workflow from a single dashboard.

What it does

Sabd Studio functions as an all-in-one content creation engine:AI Studio & Auto-Clipper: Upload long-form audio or video files to generate automatic transcripts, captions, and short vertical clips. SEO & Growth Tools: Provides real-time keyword optimization, hashtag discovery, and viral topic recommendations. Multi-Platform Publisher: Enables seamless planning and automated cross-platform posting to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X. Brand Identity Kits: Maintains consistent brand voices, custom fonts, and guidelines that auto-inject into generated copy.

How we built it

The platform is built on a robust, modern decoupled architecture:Frontend: Developed using Next.js 14 (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Lucide React. Backend: Powered by Python, Django 5.1, and Django REST Framework (DRF) to manage core domain models, workspaces, and JWT-authenticated APIs. Async Workers: Utilizes Celery with Redis as a message broker to handle heavy background processing like audio-to-text transcription and video rendering without blocking requests. Database & Storage: Relational data is managed via PostgreSQL, while media assets and files are stored using AWS S3.

Challenges we ran into

Asynchronous Processing Load: Handling resource-intensive audio and video transcoding without clogging the main web server thread required fine-tuning Celery worker queues and state tracking. Brand Persona Alignment: Structuring prompt pipelines so AI-generated social copy strictly adhered to saved Brand Kit parameters. Platform Integration Limits: Managing distinct API rate limits, OAuth token refreshments, and publishing payloads across multiple external social networks.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Successfully integrating complex AI transcription, SEO analysis, and automated multi-channel publishing into a single, cohesive Next.js interface. Optimizing background worker performance so heavy media processing tasks execute reliably asynchronously. Designing a scalable multi-tenant workspace and team permission system.

What we learned

Gained deep practical experience in orchestrating heavy Python-based background jobs with Celery and Redis. Mastered hybrid routing and state management patterns within Next.js 14 App Router. Learned the architectural nuances of handling secure API integrations and token management across major media platforms.

What's next for sabd studio

AI Voice Cloning & Auto-Dubbing: Multi-language auto-dubbing capabilities to reach global audiences. Engagement Analytics: Advanced video heatmaps predicting audience drop-off points prior to publishing. Autonomous Repurposing Pipelines: Fully automated background workflows that ingest RSS video feeds and generate clips, thumbnails, and drafts independently.
