What inspired you? We all work in performance review based workplaces where, our professional growth depends on how well we perform. Current employee performance review management systems, do not use all the available data over a period of time to provide feedback to an employee. A 6-month to Yearly performance review system(s) does not provide instant feedback on employee’s performance. We introduced a weighted cumulative S.M.A.R.T score that is based on continuous feedback by peers.

Who is your target user? Our target user is every employee working in an organization. Managers can truly gauge the talent in the organization with data driven performance analysis and, at same time employees can use the continuous feedback to take control of your career path.

Keys feature… We solved the problem by providing a solution, which allows employees to do the following:

  1. Maintain a S.M.A.R.T Score, which helps them keep track of their current professional net-worth.
  2. A mobile application to easily provide peer-to-peer review in less than a minute.
  3. Ability to provide and receive year wide feedback.
  4. Ability to attach evidence of work with feedback.

Our mobile solution leverages the Salesforce platform to help faster adoption in an organization. The organization structure fits well into this mobile solution where employee-manager relationship is the underpinning of the performance review management solution.
