S-Card: Smart, Single Simple solution to physical cards.
The other week, we went to the movies, and I wanted to get my mother's discount card from her wallet. It took me nearly five minutes to go over all of her membership cards and find the right one. That gave us the idea for an application that will hold all of your cards- within your smartphone.
Mostly women- but also men, usually have many different cards. Credit cards, coupons, but mostly membership cards. Lots of businesses offer you to join their club and enjoy discounts and gifts, and give you a magnetic card to use at their cash registers. As a result, wallets are stocked with restaurant cards, clothes shop cards and supermarket cards, and it can get very messy and hard to find- or even keep your cards.
That's where S-Card comes in. Essentialy, this app will let you enter your card's information, and you'll be able to use your phone instead of the card to get your discounts. Using bluetooth and innovative NFC technology, your smartphone will be able to communicate with the cash registers and send the same data previously held by your physical card. Furthermore, S-Card will allow you to review your credit points on each card, a feature previously unapproachable by clients. Along with credit points, you will see how much money the card has saved you through discounts in relation to the membership cost.
Lastly, in the future, we plan on including Visa information on S-Card, which will allow clients not only to get discounts, but also instantly pay using their smartphone.
