Rx: Record Right

Inspiration: I've seen a family member refuse medications in a hospital, and the nurses incorrectly record that the mediation was taken.

What it does: Encourage accurate recording of patient's medication history during a stay in a hospital.

How I built it: ???

Challenges I ran into: In progress. Its a simple tool, so I don't expect problems.
