Real estate in Singapore is a $1.5M gated club. This capital barrier excludes 99% of people from the nation's best wealth-building asset, widening the inequality gap (SDG 10). We asked: “What if we could strip the liquid 'Yield' from the illiquid 'Brick'?” We built RWAX to democratize access, using the XRP Ledger to turn a millionaire's asset into a $50 investment for everyone.

What it does? RWAX is a compliance-first protocol that fractionalizes real estate into Yield Tokens (YT). It lowers entry from $1.5M to $50, giving students and gig workers institutional-grade ROI.

Enforces Compliance: Uses XLS-40 (DID) for privacy-preserving identity checks and XLS-39 (Clawback) for regulatory safety.Guarantees Truth: Our Oracle connects directly to the Singapore Government (URA) API, hashing valuation data on-chain via XLS-47 to create an immutable source of truth.

How we built itWe architected a 3-Tier System:

  1. Oracle Layer (Python): A custom pipeline that ingests 3,000+ raw government records, filtering out non-compliant assets (e.g., restricted housing) before minting.
  2. Trust Layer (XRPL): We leveraged 5 native standards—XLS-30 (AMM) for instant liquidity, XLS-40 (DID) for identity, XLS-39 (Clawback) for compliance, XLS-47 for price feeds, and XLS-33 for metadata.
  3. Client Layer (React): A dashboard integrated with Tesseract.js (OCR) for in-browser, real-time identity verification.

Challenges we ran into: The "Data Mess": Data sometimes are unstructured. We built a custom data pipeline Every asset on RWAX is a real Singaporean property with live yield data.

What's next for RWAX? We plan to integrate RLUSD (Ripple Stablecoin) for stable fiat payouts and partner with property management firms to operationalize the legal separation of Yield Rights for a Mainnet launch.
