Small junk removal businesses in Montevideo receive dozens of pickup requests daily via WhatsApp. They track orders on paper, plan routes from memory,and waste hours on inefficient paths. I saw an opportunity to automate the entire workflow from order intake to route optimization using
conversational AI.

What it does

Route Agent has two main components:

For clients: Text a Telegram bot with what you need picked up, your address, and when. The AI extracts all details through natural conversation no forms, no apps.

For business owners: Open a dashboard showing all pending orders. Select which ones to complete today, click "Generate Route," and get optimized delivery paths with numbered stops. Each marker shows exactly what to pick up. Drivers receive turn-by-turn navigation links instantly.
