Чебурнет Russian Language Platform

I gained an interest in learning Russian in high school after completing a virtual National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) course that my Spanish teacher recommended me to apply to. Russian is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world (and continues to grow in global importance!), and it is one of the official languages of the United Nations. Although I am passionate about the language, I struggled to find free resources to continue my language learning journey. Чебурнет (a play on words between "internet" and the Cheburashka character) Russian Language Platform categorizes and makes available many of the free resources that I have found over the years in a way that is accessible and easy to navigate. It was built through Bolt and is the first website that I have ever designed. One challenge that I ran into was directly embedding videos into the website, and I instead ended up having to link to YouTube for the media sections. I'm excited by how polished the page ended up looking, but I would like to add more resources and a virtual language chatbot in the future.
