Inspiration
Creating a portfolio website was driven by my desire to showcase my web development skills and creativity. I was inspired by the countless beautifully designed developer portfolios I found online. They motivated me to craft a space that not only reflects my technical abilities but also my personal style and passion for coding.
What it does
Rushi's Portfolio is a digital showcase of my skills and projects. It highlights my expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while offering a seamless, interactive experience for visitors. It reflects my creativity and coding journey.
How we built it
Planning & Design: I started by sketching the layout and structure of the website. Tools like Figma helped refine the design. Coding: I used HTML to structure the pages, CSS for styling, and JavaScript to add interactive features such as animations and responsive menus. Testing: I tested the site across various devices and browsers to ensure it was fully responsive and functional. Deployment: Finally, I hosted the site using [hosting platform name], making it live for everyone to see.
Challenges we ran into
Every project comes with its share of hurdles. For me: Responsive Design: Ensuring the site looked great on different devices required several iterations. JavaScript Bugs: Debugging interactive features was time-consuming but immensely rewarding. Time Management: Balancing this project alongside other commitments was a challenge, but careful planning helped me stay on track.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
What we learned
This project was a great learning experience. I gained a deeper understanding of: HTML: Structuring content efficiently to ensure clarity and accessibility. CSS: Styling elements to create an aesthetically pleasing and responsive design. JavaScript: Adding interactivity to make the site engaging and dynamic for users. It also taught me the importance of debugging, cross-browser compatibility, and maintaining clean, readable code.
