Inspiration

I live in Nepal, which is a country with a lot of underdeveloped places. I have been to several rural areas in my country and have seen the lifestyle of people living in such places. By looking at them, I was inspired to build projects to help them improve their lifestyles.

How the project will help people in rural areas

The project is about using the resources available in rural areas to do STEM experiments and projects. The major reason why people in rural areas are unable to get education is due to the unavailability of resources. So, the people in rural areas can learn by using the resources already available in their locality with the help of this project.

How it will be accessible to all

Since internet may not be available in some rural areas, the website also offers printing functionality. So, volunteers can print the tutorials and explanations to the STEM projects and distribute them to rural areas. There is also a language selector, so the tutorials can be accessed in any lanugage.

How the project was made

The project is a web-based application built by using HTML, CSS, Javascript and the GTranslate API.
