How we built it
We combine AI, document analysis, and agentic workflows to analyse transaction details, identify inconsistencies, and suggest the next steps.
Challenges we aim to address
Understanding transaction screenshots, handling conflicting payment statuses, and providing reliable guidance without making assumptions.
What we aim to achieve
Our goal is to make payment disputes easier to understand and less stressful, helping users take the right steps towards resolution.
