Details: Google Cloud promotional credit time window ends on Sep 24. To save on unnecessary cloud costs for this demo deployment, changed the schedule from */15 * * * * (every 15 minutes) to 0 */2 * * * (every 3 hours).
The demo deployment budget will be reconsidered again after Oct 7, the end of the judging period.
