The inspiration was to educate elementary students such as 3rd or 4th graders about simple multiplication problems. At the same time, the educational game promotes both our docscan app and our digital bike lock website - making sure people keep their bike safe.

My game is one that asks simple multiplication problems to an audience of 8 or 9 year olds, as well as promotes bike safety.

We built the game through mit scratch, the game itself was tougher than expected to build, and took about 4-5 hours

A major challenge we ran into was customizing our sound system in the game.

We are proud that we could self-code a videogame that uses multiplication questions as a basis. We had to code using if statements.

We learned that Scratch is not the best game designing website at customizing sounds and providing needed sprites, or icons (especially when the size of your imported sprite does not fit your game.)

We could plan on a sequel that involves division, rather than multiplication.
