A simple system for helping charity runners to raise money for good

Produced for Children in Need at Code for Good, London, J.P. Morgan

The brief was to produce an engaging solution for volunteers running for Children in Need, to enhance their fundraising ability using wearable technology. We created a web app to help with the training and for spectating of participants during events. Each user of the site can choose to display stats tracked about their performance and progress in training. Potential donors can then challenge runners to perform better, with a donation as a reward. During race events, A map of the course is displayed. Donors can 'buy' distances of the course to sponsor when they reach that point. Using distance data from wristbands, runner positions could be plotted on the map
